Acupuncture 2011

The director@sincerecommunity.org trained in Acupuncture during 2011 via funding from Developing Health & Independence - DHI in Bath, Somerset England to provide stage 1 qualified Acu-Detox Protocol as an Assistant Practitioner, as part a free drop in service on a Thursday & Friday 3pm.

A former volunteer for the NHS, I provided advice and tips for pre-op health care via information provided by Bath and North East Somerset PRIMARY CARE TRUST (NHS) plus carried and administered an anti overdose IV medication.

I studied Protocol Addictions & Diseases for acupuncture and acupressure at Wellspring Settlement in Bristol during November 2011.

I have been attending The Open University on and off since 2003 as a FASS student. 


Also graduated with a NOCN West Level 2 in mathematics and sociology during 1997.

My personal stories are journals, blogs and vlogs that are public in watermark. 


Learning mindfulness techniques to accompany a Protocol Detox to advance therapy in a Professional Diploma in Mindful Practice and reduce stress levels to improve general well-being by developing a healthy work and study practice so performance for independence is a more focused mindset. Also, practised in Qigong breath control and meditation via previous funding and traineeship voluntary work for the local charity, DHI in Bath, Somerset.

My personal journey is an academic interest that is ongoing as an online diary of therapeutic commentary written by me the protocol individual that’s an independent practitioner within my separate entities of a brand community corporation, and an organisation team of artists & performers.

7 Tai Chi Exercises & Qigong

What is the difference between tai chi and qi gong? Tai chi form, is a series of movements that work on the entire body in a flowing sequence. Qi gong can be thought of as a breathing meditation that focuses on the energy movements of breathing deeply. For example, qi gong can be one move that helps open the lungs as opposed to the codified movements of tai chi.

Lived intentions depends on energy and allowing for time to focus on living in the moment and what is of this so that values and emotional mind and body goals can help to align aims with actions and beliefs via speech and behaviour as important as being understood is in being alive is as acquired as priorities. A knowledgeable life and its known mood-map; is a means of past experience that accepts and admits a necessary prompting of reminders that is as important as being understood for how to live out each day, day to day, in a holistic and wholehearted way to be connected daily settings of awareness but impartial.

I don’t practice acupuncture anymore as I focus on acupressure instead, and nutrition, fitness and exercises plus mindfulness and meditation. A mindful mindset is focused and is everything that is important and matter, even if you regularly detox on a quarterly average with no abstinence. If you’re looking to be coached privately for a 24 month detox then don’t hesitate to contact me.
